Can I order by phone or fax?
Yes. By Phone - just contact us by phone on 03 9646 3386 or Julie on 0408 100 749 anytime (24 hours/7 days a week) By Fax - just download the Cradle Rock order form, complete and fax us on 03 9646 3386.

What's your Returns Policy? It's simple!

We are happy to refund should you have any problems with a product or sizing issues. We request that you contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order so the problem can be rectified swiftly. Of course we expect products will be returned as new, with tags and in original packaging should they be unsuitable or an incorrect size.  postage.  Please contact Julie personally on 0396463386 or 0408100749 or via email julie@cradlerock.com.au before returning any Cradle Rock product. Your satisfaction is important to us! We will issue you with a return authorisation number.

Should you return products without prior arrangement we will return the items back to you.

Do you deliver Overseas?
Yes, just call or e-mail julie@cradlerock.com.au the details and we can quote you a price for delivery. We only ship Clothing for International deliveries due to weight restrictions.

How do your deliveries work?
Our Gift Boxes or Individual Products are shipped via Road Carriers, eParcel or Express Post. Deliveries are dispatched normally within 24 hours, should an out of stock situation arise we will advise you. eParcel has a tracking system allowing us to follow your order until delivered by Australia Post.

For residential deliveries, we prefer not to leave parcels if you are not home. A calling card is left by our courier or Australia Post advising that a delivery was attempted and that the parcel is available for collection at the local Post Office or can be re-arranged through our courier company. This is simply for security reasons. No deliveries are made on public holidays - orders will be delivered either the working day prior or after.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted if our order has not been dispatched. Should a product arrive damaged then we are happy to give you a full refund upon arranging for its return if notified within 24 hours of delivery.

How do I know my Gift has been delivered to another party?
We will contact you via e-mail / fax confirming your Cradle Rock Gift has been shipped and delivered safely.

Do you have Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we have Gift Vouchers should you be unsure. We have an electronic Gift Voucher system that allows you to purchase on-line.

Can I create my own Gift?
Yes, we can tailor a Gift box to suit your needs, feel free to contact us we are only happy to help.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details. Furthermore, once we have processed your order, all your details are deleted from our server.
