Our orders are shipped via Australia Post with eParcel and require a signature upon delivery. Should you not be at home to receive your order a calling card will be left and typically your delivery can be collected at your local post office.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post Airmail and we notify you via email when your order has been mailed.
When ordering we will email you a tracking number and confirm your order has been shipped. You can track your order on www.eparcel.com.au.
For hospital or corporate deliveries the gifts will be left upon signature with the most appropriate person. We suggest you keep in mind when Mum is leaving hospital before sending a Gift as sometimes home is best for delivery.
No deliveries are made on public holidays - orders will be delivered either the working day prior or after.
